appeal for a variance filed by Mark Daily, 14929 Old Dayton Rd, West Alexandria, Oh 45381 and for

 a variance filed by Brian Garber, 4628 Battery Street, Brookville, Ohio 45309. Interested people may

appear and be heard with respect to these matters.
